About Ron L. Moore
Ron L. Moore is a native of Asheville, NC. He has practiced law primarily in Western Northern Carolina since 1980. He is licensed to practice in all North Carolina State Courts and the US District Court, Western District of North Carolina. He is also admitted and qualified as an attorney top practice before the United States Court of Federal Claims. In 2001 he became a certified mediator through the Duke Private Adjudication Center.
Since 1980, Ron has focused his practice principally all over western North Carolina. His primary areas of practice are Personal Injury (including auto and truck accidents), Workers' Compensation, premises liability (including slip and trip and fall accidents), Medical and other healthcare negligence (Malpractice) claims (including nursing home neglect and abuse), real estate purchases and re-finance. He may also accept other legal matters on a case-by-case basis. Ron is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association (Workers Compensation Section Member), North Carolina State Bar, and The American Association for Justice. He is certified to conduct mediations in Superior Court matters and Workers' Compensation matters before the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
